Best people, great work, kept busy, four day-ten hour work day, benefits…if not for downsizing, I’d have worked there until I couldn’t work anymore!!!

Great culture, incredible flexibility and PTO, fun environment to work in

In the long-term, people tend to leave over low pay/ lack of significant raises that match their market skill. because of that many of the best workers don’t stay for the long-term, only upper management. Most ppl eventually go on to make more money elsewhere
