Pros

Great culture with a "work hard, play hard" attitude. Everyone is extremely genuine and understanding and wants you to succeed. Coming from a classic "corporate America" setting, Lighthouse has been a breath of fresh air in providing a great work-life balance as well as a stress-free environment. As long as the clients stay happy and you do your job to your best ability, you will be successful.

Cons

Work space is a little out dated.

Pros

Lighthouse has hired and promoted multiple people into key decision making positions, and this has resulted into an increased demand of services. They possess a great company culture and invest into their people.

Cons

The company has been growing so rapidly (which is good) but with that growth comes obstacle and the irregular communication gap.
