      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time at Lightning Fibre, my manager is very open to feedback and collaboration and the company has been very supportive of me in terms of further studies / professional development.

      Cons

      None that don't exist elsewhere, but there is a genuine desire to improve on cons as they arise.

      Pros

      Caring and friendly working environment, feels like a big family. Great career progression. High quality product. Brilliant benefits scheme. A company that listens to the opinion of its staff and makes changes (with in reason) and takes care of their staff. Respect of work life balance with lots of company events. Health care for you and your family. Great bonus scheme!

      Cons

      They pay below the industry average for all roles. Classically there are those protected by upper management from losing their jobs even when there are endless reports of gross misconduct. Be aware that certain managers can be very cut throat and if you step on their toes, they will try to damage you career progression if they feel threatened or attacked.
