Liminal is an early stage research and drug development business. The small scale of the business gives it a family feel and and an opportunity to get involved in many areas of the organisation.

Cons

Due to the small headcount, there are times when you will be asked to get involved in projects outside of your direct responsibilities or job description. This does however give you a great opportunity to develop and learn more about how other areas of the business and industry operate.

Great culture that enables empowerment to do your job without micromanagement and very friendly atmosphere supporting cooperation & collaborative efforts. Ability to develop and work cross-functionally for personal and peer development.

Cons

As the company grows, there are more opportunities to take on more responsibility and workload for those who are up for the challenge.

It's a very friendly place to work and has a nice environment. Supportive management and flexible working conditions. Remuneration and benefits are average. A good time to join.
