I'm in a non-technical and non-developer role and feel encouraged to shape my role according to my strengths which is great. The company structure is fairly flat and feels that way: everyone in the team's input is valid and welcome and there are plenty of opportunities and channels for sharing ideas and feedback. The work is interesting and challenging and moves quickly. The team is super friendly and senior leadership is very accessible. Limio is genuinely the best place that I have worked.
