- Trip to France once a year for top performers - A great place to learn about social media advertising, online reputation, search engine optimisation/marketing and web design - A nice blend of 2 days in the office 3 days on the road - Being in a company that is growing, the team has doubled since I started and we are looking into a second office in another state - On-going training and coaching - A good presentation tool to use in client meetings - Offices around the world - Oppotunity to be promoted
Cons
- Dated CRM, though the client facing system is great - Rigid polices and structures - To be successful sales reps need to be able to either cold call, or generate their own leads through their network
