Great experience working on the creative team at Linqia, and having the ability to think creatively on unique proposals for brands. I really enjoy that the team is pushed to think of pie in the sky ideas. Plus, it's a great collaborative team with the ability to bounce of social ideas.

Cons

Still has a startup vibe and you have to be willing to make up your own processes and don't expect a ton of hand holding.
