-Competitive environment. It's door to door sales. -Good bonuses and incentives for reps -Fun team environment -Great training -Improves sales skills
Cons
-Lots of pressure to produce sales -Commission only job -Bonuses aren't recieved until after the season -Long hours (over 60 a week outside)

LINX's owners are willing to work with people who are eager and innovative in making them money. They're glad to hire, reward, and eager to develop talent that is interested in the company's overalll success
Cons
LINX doesn't care what job you were hired for - if they don't care about that job right now, you darn well better be comfortable doing something completely different. LINX doesn't really care what customers think about the company - They believe in their products, so it doesn't matter to them when other people tell them what isn't working.
