The topic of creativity, in particular, becomes a subjective and diverse arena, with each individual possessing their own unique perspective. Within our organization, we are fortunate to have a plethora of creative gurus who are eager to share their insights and ideas. However, this abundance of creativity can also lead to challenges in communication. With so many voices and perspectives, it can be difficult to maintain a clear and cohesive message. Sometimes, the essence of the original message can become obscured, resulting in miscommunication and confusion.
