      Everyone is willing to help or lend a hand when needed. The benefits offered are competitive in the industry. Work/life balance is highly encouraged. Ducktail acknowledgement and reward system for above and beyond behavior/task completion is a fun twist on employee recognition. Management geared to keep all engaged and motivated.

      Pros

      Smaller companies over the personalization that comes from not being a number. You have a great say in day-to-day activities. I like working with this bunch of professionals. They are down to earth, fun and also take their jobs seriously. You get to vent your new ideas.
