Pros
Work-life balance is excellent. The university itself is beautiful, although some may say that the city is a boring place to live. If you are looking for an intro to china, look no further than here!
Cons
Salary is far below international standards, especially for masters degree holders. Administrators are not responsive to suggestions. Students are generally not interested in anything that you teach.
