      - part of a wonderful professional learning community - empowered by leadership team - opportunities for self direction

      -Work comes in waves - may have some down time, and then "everything" seems to show up at the same time - Need to be independent enough that daily check ins aren't necessary

      -Overall philosophy about using literacy to make the world a better place. -Flexible schedule to balance work and family.

      Cons

      There are no downsides. It is a cooperative work environment, even though we work independently within schools.
