Pros

Lithia have really shown that they believe in Growth Powered By People. The culture embraces this daily and there is a constant drive to improve the business, not just for customers but for team members too. The company rewards great performance and there are many opportunities for progression.

Cons

The motor industry is fast changing and at times challenging. You have to be willing to learn and adapt to new products all the time.

Great core values as a company with excellent progression opportunities available within the business - most enjoyable company I've worked for in my 15 years working in the motor trade....there's even a driving range across the road from my current branch!
