The company I worked for truly cared: therapy sessions, mentors, English lessons, constant learning. Designers could change directions or grow into managers. And the basics were solid too. Salary always came in full and on time. No “next week” excuses, no stress. That is rare these days and it matters a lot.

Cons

The company is not as large or resource-rich as major tech giants like Google or Facebook, but it offers a great environment to grow and work.
