Pros
Backed by a large company. So there was a real HR department, marketing team and such. Had great benefits as well and strong contracts for employees.
Cons
Poorly managed, lost crucial contracts and ultimately went out of business...twice! Inventory was all over the place with no real solution. Money was mismanaged!

Appealing and fun place to work. Great customers and co-workers. Great area as well before we closed the store.
Cons
Management kept information from us. iPhone cash register often crashed, causing customers to wait for extremely long times.
