extremely fast paced - this can be a con if you're not used to it, but very fun once you do a lot of autonomy Global workforce, and generally very energetic very passionate/smart team lots of very cool travel opportunities

Cons

hours can be long for certain roles, especially to co-ordinate with remote teams fast paced culture is not for everyone
