Pros
The company truly cares about us, not only as employees, but people. We are encouraged to be active in our community, are offered flexibility in scheduling, and we actually know our bosses-- they don't just sign our paychecks.
Cons
In the past, the insurance coverage was just okay, but they always work to make sure we are getting the best deal possible.

Lloyd Management is a great company to work for if you are looking for a positive work environment, flexibility, and generous employers. I love the little perks, random early off days, employee appreciation gifts and prizes! My coworkers are the best!
