Pros
At Locafox I felt much like at home I made a lot of friends, its more of a family. I had a great time working with my team, everyone is open minded and listens to your ideas. There is a lot of trust between the team, also from managers towards their teams, this enables a lot of ownership for each employee. The managers are very open and transparent towards everything, there are weekly updates on how the company is doing, also monthly company meetings where anyone can join and get details for the company goals and where they are at with their goals.
Cons
The office space can be a slightly loud at times.

Awesome colleagues, flexibility , a lot of transparency to corporate decision , the management share the goal , plans and decisions with all employees . Club Mate, water and monthly breakfast for free for the employees
Cons
high power pressure, maybe more focus on onboarding process specially for engineering team
