My managers are amazing and allowed for growth throughout my tenure @ LGC. They are amazing! I have a lot of autonomy and am able to work on projects that are super interesting. Management is really flexible and seem committed to professional development for employees!

Cons

The only downside is that a lack of interaction with other departments, but given COVID its understandable.

LGC is a mission driven organization committed to fostering positive social and environmental change in California. The CivicSpark program that they run, of which I am a Fellow, has exceeded my expectations

Cons

I don't have any about LGC specifically. But as a CivicSpark Fellow I will say that the pay is brutal.
