Super fun fintech startup. LC is super fast-paced and exciting. Day to day projects are all engaging, and each success is celebrated, big or small. The team is super collaborative, and there is little micromanagement. Everyone is super motivated to be successful, which is an awesome environment to work in. The negative comments posted don’t make sense, as the executives are truly great.

Cons

Workload can get super heavy at times. Office is far from city center

Localcoin strongly values collaboration and open communication. The company culture is great. All employees, regardless of their level in the company, share ideas freely. There is always a strong sense of teamwork. Leadership is very approachable.

Cons

The office is located outside city center, which is annoying as it’s off the subway line. Workload can be heavy.
