Decent Pay. Family-like work atmosphere. Workforce is diverse. Management is genuinely concerned about you as a person and they are dedicated to helping you enhance your career. Helpful coworkers that are professional. HR works with you and tries to help in every way possible while being professional and kind. Abundant training and advancement opportunities.

Cons

The only con is that the healthcare offered is expensive and unaffordable for me.
