      Great people. They truly care about your seat and your purpose. If you don't know your seat they will help you.

      Cons

      Can be stressful sometimes. Nature of construction work with deadlines and details. Details can be missed. Sometimes processes aren't established so they will expect you to develop processes. Can be rewarding if you like that kind of work.
