      Strong communication and good pay amidst management changes

      Pros

      Excellent communication. Rather generous pay, good support.

      Cons

      I think there are quite a few changes happening with the management structure so there seems to be a bit of a loss of clarity as to what is going on in the structure above. But all things rather unrelated to the work I'm doing with them.

      Pros

      The environment is very lively and a fun place to work. People take their jobs serious but there is an emphasis of teamwork. There is clear communication on what I have to achieve in order to reach my career goals.

      Cons

      There could be a better structure to the training but, with management willing to answer my questions and the training I received allows me to be competent.

      It's refreshing working somewhere you are empowered to do your job, trusted to get your work done, supported both professionally and personally. I can't say enough about what a great place this is. Every one here is motivated and cares about helping people find jobs they will love. The company cares about our career growth and happiness. So many examples of people wanting to advance and they are given a path, and they advance. If you want to love your job, this might just be the place for you.
