It is truly a flat organization and allows employees to demonstrate their skills, talent, and understanding of a business. The mentorship experience was personalized and incredible. LogicMatter provided an arena to exercise academic competencies, innovate, and build the flagship product(s). Having such a rich experience early in my career accelerated my learning curve and multiplied the confidence to take up much more significant challenges in the profession.
