      - learning a lot - a good place where to start - super friendly environment - excellent company culture - aiming toward transparency - agile company in terms of way of working

      L’ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione permette di mettersi in gioco, imparare, applicare e accrescere le proprie competenze. Logotel è un’azienda in cui incontrarsi per lavorare e mettere insieme diverse competenze è reale e quotidiano. Il clima che si respira è sereno e informale: questo sicuramente facilita la realizzazione delle proprie ambizioni.

      Il salario minimo per ogni ruolo professionale dovrebbe essere adeguato al contesto di Milano.

      Very friendly, cozy and creative environment. Very high quality contents (community management/training dept/ events) and deliveries (design dept) Very one of a kind company which combines cross departments expertise, with a strong focus on service design. Internal training courses.

      Cons

      Great place to start but no structured growth plan. Low salaries and no additional benefits. Scheduling and worklife balance not always balanced with income, especially at a senior manager level
