Pros

Great place to work! Workload is big, but the team is very supportive. Able to manage your Sales Territory with lots of autonomy. Lots of time working on the road and on customer sites.

Cons

Can be stressful if you're not organized. Lots of information to take in at the beginning, can be overwhelming if you're new to the industry.

The work environment was fast-paced but manageable. My team was very supportive, and training was hands-on and practical. Management was approachable, and communication was pretty clear. I appreciated that shifts were consistent and there was always something to do, which made the day go by fast.
