Pros

I worked for the Lovering Family for a little over 7 years. I moved out of state at the end of 2014. I can not say enough good and wonderful things about my fellow employees and management. I strongly believe it was the management that made this a great working environment for so many. Please don't ever change! .

Cons

The Nashua traffic can be a challenge at times. We all know how New England weather loves to mess around with us. So keep in mind where you will be traveling from.

Pros

I had the amazing opportunity to work with this organization part-time through high school and college and then full-time after college. Throughout the years, I got my feet wet in service, accounting and sales. The Loverings create a family-like atmosphere that allows you to learn, progress and grow both professionally and personally. Some of the most influential people in my life all currently work throughout their family of dealerships. The pros of this company are the people you will work with everyday! Rich and Linda Lovering are two of the most admirable people I know. If you take any lesson away from them, it would be about self-empowerment and professionalism. Ricky Lovering has worked in the business since inception. He has been in nearly every position from the bottom up. His knowledge of the industry is untouchable and his enthusiasm is contagious. Vanessa Lovering has years of innovative marketing experience that she has brought to the business. Not to mention, she is a great person hang out with. That is the family who runs the business, but their loyal staff is just as incredible. Dan Carlen is the most positive upbeat person I know (awesome socks), Kathy Feltus is insanely knowledgeable about the business and is willing to teach, Paul Chapman has the best "never quit" attitude, John Chaput is the definition of a professional, Roger Lovering brings his passion everyday. OK so I am leaving a ton of people out, but I think my point is pretty clear. You will never come across such an amazing group of people in your professional careers. There is plenty to learn about the auto industry, but for me, there was more to learn about life, attitude and professionalism.

Cons

I will only speak to my time in sales. Just like any business and any industry, there are slow points throughout the year. For me, it was difficult to deal with the downtime.
