Friendly and family like environment. They care about their employees. CEO and CFO care about their employees. The CFO is making changes for the better. I am retiring or I would still be working there.

Pros

CEO is passionate about the company, it's direction, and taking care of his employees. Did right by his staff throughout Covid and continues to with a hybrid back work program. Gives generously to his staff during difficult times and truly wants employees to be happy and fulfilled with both home and work. Moving the company in into the next generation, exciting times!

Cons

Certain managers still need to learn to communicate more inclusively and keep rhe best interest of the company in mind.

The owner of this company has consistently gone out of his way to help employees in the company. I seen him donate to their charities, give people raises, offer people loans, allow people time off and work with anyone that need to flex their hours. He is innovative, kind, and definitely family oriented. I'm proud to work here.
