      Pros

      Great benefits! Ample PTO, Day 1 medical coverage, 401k with match, profit sharing, yearly performance based raises, teammates are very knowledgeable in their areas, well maintained fleet of vehicles, friendly culture with numerous events held for employees, opportunities to do community volunteer work.

      Cons

      Management plays musical chairs, not much oversight on the day to day operations until something goes wrong, suggestions to management often go unheard, habitually under staffed, painfully slow interviewing and on boarding process,

      People are great, job is tough but you get through it with the help of the team.

      There is a lot of responsibility placed on each individual but you don't feel singled out. Each person has a lot on their plate
