Pros

Top tier working environment, where it is fun to work, lots of learning, and product that he market wants and needs. Lots of perks to support the modern day employee, nothing silly, but quite generous and always being reviewed. Competitive salary, with bonus that is sweet for top performers.

Cons

Times zones are tricky to manage, but the company does try to accommodate Melbourne's small company footprint.

Pros

Lucid very much lives and breathes its values - Teamwork over ego, Innovation, and individual Empowerment are very much part of the culture. Great opportunity to work with diverse range of Enterprise customers across ANZ region - No two customer calls are the same and account teams are encouraged to create a true partnership with customers. Opportunities to learn - Lucid invests heavily into enablement so you can be confident on supporting customers with the various product offerings with regular trainings, cross regional collaboration and a solid and comprehensive company / product onboarding. Company Transparency - Lucid does a great job keeping employees updated on strategy and company performance through regular update sessions.

Cons

Rapidly evolving product/market leading to frequent changes - this may be a con for someone that is not interested in fast paced and changing environment. Timezone limitations - As with any global business timezone is a factor and I would say be prepared to make the odd early morning or late night call to get the most out of your role and support customers to connect with Product teams across regions, for example.

Pros

I've been in this office for a few years and I can honestly say that the culture is one of the biggest reason why I'm still here. As a sales org, it doesn't have the typical negativity and toxic culture that you see elsewhere, instead, my teams and managers are genuinely interested to collaborate and find a way for me to succeed. They've stepped in to help when I've had personal problems come up, and it's times like those where you appreciate being in a company like this. The product is also truly helpful so you'll find that most employees are excited to help their customers, which makes our job easier. Management is very easy to speak to and always open to suggestions. Overall, it would be a easy yes to recommend people to join as it's rare to have this level of sincerity in a corporate environment.

Cons

Not everything is perfect, and similarly, there will be limitations in resources as APAC is a small office. Our global teams, however, works twice as hard to ensure we don't feel this gap as much.
