Can work remotely even after Covid. Amazing Team events organized. Very good management. Flat Hierarchy (Swedish Style). Very high employee satisfaction. Good salary benefits. Encourages and motivates team members whenever possible.
Cons
It's an amazing company to work for.. All employees are highly satisfied and well-taken care of.
