* Incredibly smart team * Tech-driven, process-oriented, goal-focused * Flexible and generous time off policy * Attention to individuals and their experience at the company * Very fast-growing company—lots of promise Having been familiar with Lula prior to joining the company, I was fairly confident I knew what I'd be stepping into. However, I was shocked by one thing—the lack of egos. This extends across every department I've worked in the company. That's not to say there aren't any personalities (we have some characters here!), but I've seen a willingness to change minds, press into tough projects, and face failures without things getting personal.
