- remote working - work time shorter (10-6) - good team members
Cons
- very obvious hierarchy management - the salary was not the same as advertised on jobsite - pretty low pay - no allowance for using own pc and internet - when you do something wrong they give very little tolerance

Work time is flexible and its remote
Cons
Management is not good. They themself are confuse with the procedure. No proper training is provided and self learning is a requirement there. No other proper benefits other that medical & basic salary
