Company with a lot of freedom and where you can improve your technical skills. Also, no managers which makes it easier to tackle things.

Cons

A lot of freedom and no manager is not for all. If you do not want to learn by yourself and are not willing to be pro active but waiting for someone to tell you what to do, this company is not for you.
