      Pros

      Dog friendly! My dog comes to work at least 3 days a week and even has her own beanbag to sleep on. Great on the job training. I had no prior knowledge about SEO before getting here but quickly learned tips and tricks. Now I am in charge of 5 different clients SEO. I encourage you to read the reviews from the past 1-2 years to date. Lure Creative is under new management since then.

      Too much candy up for grabs in the kitchen. It's a free for all.

      Pros

      Fun environment and company culture. Plenty of opportunities to work together as a team, improve your skills, and make great friends. Work from home Wednesdays and flex time is a huge perk. I highly recommend Lure Creative.

      Cons

      As of April 2018, we don't experience many cons. New ownership has been amazing and we're all looking forward to a bright future.

      Cons

      Workload can get intense at times, but it's to be expected and is balanced by slower periods as well. Be prepared to keep up with technology/software changes as well as new marketing approaches fairly regularly.
