      The Benefits, the management team, the growth potential, the culture the organization, the fact that our employees matter, safety is always first, we have a diverse team, we have a true open door policy and we are fair, firm yet consistent. This is GREAT place to call your work home.

      Cons

      He hold ALL of our employees accountable for their actions. Personally, I beleive this a good thing, but several people don't appreciate the value of being held accountable to quality, workmanship, production, safety, attendance and or general policy standards. If you do... then this is the company for you. :-)
