Head of company only is doing their culture disservices. Because he/she only recognised the top sale for each quarter, and the leader in their favourites list. President has high ego and no common senses. Too demanding. Lack the needs of employee perspective. No benefit, listen to favouritism. Employees aren’t acknowledged and rewards. No fairness and Low salary.

The leadership is immature and inexperienced, resulting is a dictatorial leadership style that rewards sycophants and bootlickers. The pay is abysmal, and the expectation of work is outrageous. In normal startups, there are other incentives to work the long hours (including remote work flexibility, company shares, profit sharing, etc). There is nothing at Läderach. Remote work for corporate employees is not allowed, the days are long, and weekends are also spent working at the whim of the President. There is an exclusive culture of Christian white men which is toxic to anyone who is not either of those. Leadership has lost the trust of nearly everyone in the company (except a few favorites). That's a recipe for high turnover and angry former employees.
