Pros

Working from M Squared, you have the opportunity to make and develop market leading products. The flat corporate structure allows for advancement based on merit not by seniority. There are lots of great people working here who are experts in their field.

Cons

M Squared is still a relatively small compny so there is a lot of pressure to put as much into the company as you can, often working long hours and sometimes lots of travel.

Most innovative company I came across, fantastic colleagues.

Cons

Currently transitioning into a medium sized companies, always difficult and there will be a few problems with process as they settle down, but that is a great opportunity too for anyone who is joining now.

Pros

Working in the Innovation team is great fun and I really enjoy increasing my knowledge and capabilities in this positively challenging and dynamic environment. I particularly enjoy the support/advice I get from the various teams within the company.

Cons

The odd hiccup one can expect of a fast-growing company. It's a fast paced environment - which might not be for everyone.
