      pay comes in on time every week

      Cons

      company is a shell for a larger shell (found out through research afterwards) bosses were "company owners" (of the shell) and were highly temperamental expect all the action and drama of The Office HR is the same as Accounting

      Pros

      I've been with this company for three years and never did I have a problem of any kind with management or other employees. I have been treated fairly and with respect. Overall, it's a great place to work.

      Great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      Lot's of opportunity for developers to try new things, technologies, projects. They had an unusually supportive environment with many chances for me to learn new skills. Management supported development teams and didn't tell them how to work, only encouraged excellence.

      Cons

      They were in a dying industry, paid directory assistance. This made it a struggle to do all the things that we wanted to do with the company. Encourage more intrapeneurship.
