      Pros

      * Management is very supportive of employees - provides great opportunities to grow for people who show initiative, a positive attitude, and self-sufficiency. All managers have an open-door policy. Very flat hierarchy and open to communication and feedback. * Exciting clients to work for who allow for creative projects - several campaigns I've personally worked on were award winning. * Culture is like a family. Coworkers become friends.

      Cons

      * The typical ad agency - quick turnarounds and the occasional long hours. I will say that for the most part, most of the agency goes home at a reasonable time.

      Great environment, fun people, lots of interesting and different work with brainstorming sessions and fun social activities

      Cons

      Work can be hectic with things that might need to be done on the same day and even within a few hours.
