      Amazing mission, wonderful people. This organization is dedicated to women and girls around the world, and really cares about the people who do the work.

      Pros

      As stated above, the org does life-saving work at the grassroots levels for vulnerable women and girls in communities throughout the Global South.

      Cons

      It is an *extremely* close-knit group of (almost all) women who have worked together for years and, thus, is hard to find one's "place" in that culture. Also, although the racial and ethnic makeup of the staff is very diverse, there's a great deal of "group-think" among the staff, which can be stymying.
