Pros
Great environment for continuous learning, and growth, with the opportunity to always be very involved in projects and be hands on throughout the entire project. From design, through prototyping, through production, we stay involved. There never seems to be a shortage of work, so there is no need to worry about what is next in the pipeline. Good raises, & good bonus system.
Cons
We are often working multiple jobs at once, and frequently switching between different priorities, which keeps things from getting boring, but can be difficult.
