      Sharing a similar passion for social justice, civil rights, and the advancement of minorities in the United States society. Excellent leadership and mentorship. Working for an organization like MALDEF means that you receive the accolades and positive reputation that the organization has.

      Cons

      Working remotely gets difficult because it is like taking on projects without help, without guidance and having the pressure to meet deadlines alone.
