Ethical ownership and inspirational leadership provides unlimited opportunities for growth. Problem solving, innovation, and initiative are rewarded immediately in many ways, in the form of recognition and respect to financial incentives.
Cons
Competitive market. The market is already competitive and it is getting even more so as the trade pacts with Asia an other regions open doors to low cost manufacturers.
