Team are good, earning potential too if you work hard enough. Great location surrounded by pubs and bars and restaurants which you get to enjoy as part of the job.
Cons
Hours are long and some days are tedious. Sometimes you're left to your own devices, but I guess that's what separates the sheep from the wolfs!
