The work is tiresome, repetitive, and not interesting. Few opportunities for skill development unless self-initiated. Little room for growth. Salary is not competitive as advertised and raises are based on overall company so a slow year = little to no raises. The culture is seemingly relaxed but some employees regularly work through lunch and after hours or at least appear like they do. After-hours and weekend work are sometimes required depending on the team and client.

End up doing a lot of work that does not require too much skill. Repetitive work that feels bland. Training not very thorough.
