Pros
Good pay and advancement opportunities. The company is investing a lot toward growth with new equipment, facilities and employees. Good opportunities for training and growth if you invest the time to learn. The majority of the staff are fantastic to work with. Able to combine technical and creative skills to produce some awesome events.
Cons
Long hours and tough schedules some weeks. You give up a lot of weekends. Managers can be pretty short and direct sometimes (which doesn't bother me but offends some of the people). Most of the time the people having issues with the managers are the same people on their phones or not doing their job so it is really on them, it could just be handled nicer.

Pros
Good pay. Flexible scheduling (if you give them enough advanced warning). Pretty well organized compared to other places in the industry I have worked. If you work hard and do a good job they treat you pretty well. Owners work hard and are pretty dedicated.
Cons
During busy season days can be pretty long. Schedules can change. Owners expect things to always be perfect.
