      Pros

      Work-life balance at Perkuto is amazing. CEOs are transparent and understanding, they truly care about the well-being of their employees. We have the chance to all meet every couple years or every year in an incredible retreat. Been working at Perkuto for years and i'm still very trilled to do my job everyday.

      Cons

      Sometimes remote work can be lonely but Perkuto organize retreats and online activities for all.
