I joined MGRM in 2012 as a Sr. Software Developer(Java Technologies). This has been one of my best career experiences so far. MGRM is a diverse, great place to work with solid career development initiatives, solutions for multiple domains and in various technologies, Great leaders as your mentors, flexible HR policies, completely process oriented and great benefits in both professional and personal front. There are many of opportunities to learn and grow.

I have been working as as Tech Lead in the company since last 7 years and during these years I have always felt like at home. Probably it's the work environment, company policies and the Team members that have made me feel comfortable like at home even during Office Hours. MGRM is a nice Company with very supporting Management and Seniors. They are always open to new innovations and ready to adopt latest technology. I loved the environment of this company as the most. The product line for various verticals and domains is highly impressive and haven't come across any other company with such a vast product line in ERP products. My colleagues are from different cultural background and we work happily together. They are very co-operative, understanding and are always ready to help and support anytime be it on any front personal or professional. The HR team and it's policies are very much employee centric. The team is always available with their valued propositions to attend and solve one's problems however criticial it may be. They can go to any extent to help you out. The IT team is well enabled and highly experienced to tackle any situations(internal or client related) at anytime. The enthusiasm within each and every member in the company across any team is highly palpable and commendable.
