Pros
It is a very fair and down to earth company to work for as everything is related to result, I went through the same interview process as all other candidates but I have found the recruitment & selection process very professional and they only hire potential candidates who is willing to learn, grow and develop with the company. If anyone wishes to be paid a million a year but expect to do nothing then this is definitely not the sort of companies they should be looking for. Everything here is paid by result, awarded by result, promoted by result. To work here the sky is the limit as they will not limit your growth as you can start with a local position, and if you wish you can grow to a regional or even a global position, it is all down to you.
